CPI Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical LLC is seeking a Dispatch and Permit Coordinator to support our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who loves helping people and wants to be part of improving lives every day!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service technicians to customer sites based on priority, location, and technician availability
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times
- Obtain and track required permits for various plumbing, HVAC, and electrical projects
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs, permits, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with local municipalities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist technicians with permit requirements and documentation during project completion
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in dispatching or coordinating permits in a similar industry is preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes and permit processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Benefits and Compensation:
- Compensation: $18-$22 per/hr

Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
